The local real estate agency Emmerson has been selected to lease space at Letia Business Center, located in Polish city of Legnica. The agreement was been signed in May with the Poland’s copper giant KGHM, which owns the project. Letia is currently under construction and is expected to result in 8,000 sqm of new office space. The project is expected to be delivered in the middle of 2012.
