Aesop Consulting Company has hired four real estate agents who will specialize in the office sector and who will act both for landlords and for tenants. The team at the company has now reached 18. In the first quarter of 2012, Esop brokered 6,470 sqm worth of relocation transactions in the capital.
In 2011, the company was involved in relocation transactions that totaled 18,273 sqm, from what it describes as a total of 169,695 sqm in relocations.
Aesop has been on the market since 2002. Its most important market is the office rental market for medium-sized companies (between 10 and 100 employees). This segment accounts for 75-80 percent of total transactions, said Alexandru Petrescu, manager of the company.
