Kulczyk Investment has completed the revitalization of the Ufficio Promo office building in Warsaw at at a cost of PLN 60m. Located in central Warsaw on Wspólna Street, the building used to house the Polish government when the country was under Communist rule. Now, the new building offers 6,600 sqm of leasable space. The building offers a conference center in the basement area of the building which will serve as a venue for various artistic and cultural events. Negotiations wih tenants are ongoing, says Piotr Krawczyński, board member in Kulczyk Silverstein Properties. The smaller spaces on offer can be had for rents starting at €26 per sqm.
