A new housing project has got underway in Warsaw’s Białołęka district with the developer Dolcan having just launched the scheme’s first phase this week. Called Zielony Kamyk, the project is to bring 180 flats to the city’s residential market, with the first stage expected to provide 130 units, ranging from 59 sqm to 112 qm. The first flats are planned for completion in the fourth quarter of 2012, with the second stage expected to bring 46 similar apartments.
