Henninges Hranice has signed a lease extension with the developer CTP to double the space the company occupies in CTPark Hranice in Moravia. The car parts producer will expand its space to 25,000 sqm, up from the current 12,500 sqm. Henninges will start moving in to the new space in September, with operations scheduled to start in January 2013. ”Six international companies are currently based in CTPark Hranice, with over 700 people on their payrolls. We plan to invest CZK 200m into further expanding of the park in the future,” says CTP CEO Remon Vos.
