GlaxoSmithKline is moving to City Green Court in Prague 4 Pankrác. The pharmaceutical giant will occupy an entire 2,000 sqm floor as of October 2012. GSK will relocate from its office in KCP Business Center Vyšehrad in Prague 2. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant on the transaction. GSK is the first pharmaceutical company in Prague to move to a green office building and use an open space layout, which enables the company to save 30 percent of the space.
