The Italian automotive company Ferrari, Creative Export Consulting, Conclude Services and the Irish Embassy have all signed contracts with Bank Center, a four tower office complex in downtown Budapest. Ferrari opens its showroom, while the other companies signed the contract about their office opening there. The main reasons of choosing the location was its good technical conditions, center location, service possibilities and its high level security system. The building was designed by Dr. József Finta, father of the currently appointed main architect, Sándor Finta. The four companies use 1,500 sqm of the gross 32,000 sqm rentable space.
