The newly completed building, Office Garden II will soon be welcoming a new tenant: the Austrian office furniture company, Bene. Bene is present in 35 countries worldwide with its modern, designer and high quality furnitures. Bene’s management was looking for space with easy accessibility, but also one that offered attractive views. These are some of the attributes they’re saying led to the choice to sign a lease at Office Garden II. The building is an environmentally sustainable project, which uses energy efficient and resource-sparing technologies. It’s represented by GVA Robertson, a Budapest-based real estate agency.
