The coming months will be a busy time for Polnord thanks to a number of new investments it expects to launch in the near-term across Poland. The company is now in talks with land owners from Wrocław, in TriCity and in Warsaw in order to enter into partnerships to carry out new housing projects. The plans are necessitating a flurry of activity at the moment, acquisitions of new projects planned in the coming weeks and months, Puls Biznesu reports. “We’re currently in talks with the owner of a plot in Wrocław, on which 200 flats can be developed,” says Bartosz Puzdrowski, Polnord’s CEO adding that some smaller project are planned also in TriCity and Warsaw. Partnerships could prove a useful option for the developer, if it means it doesn’t have to come up with the cash to buy the needed land, as prices have jumped now to as high as PLN 700 for sqm.
