Nearly 70 percent of Ghelamco鈥檚 Mokot贸w Nova office building has been leased to T-Mobile. The communications giant agreed to take 27,000 sqm at the project, which is still being built. In all, the complex is expected to provide 40,000 sqm of of new office space to one of the oldest Warsaw鈥檚 districts, Mokot贸w. With the agreement, the complex will be renamed T-Mobile Office Park. The project will comprise of buildings ranging in height from 6 to 8 floors. The agreement is being called the biggest office lease signed since the beginning of 2012. Works on the the T-Mobile Office Park are set to be completed by the end of 2013.
