The Spanish developer Graells & LLonch company announced has begun work on a logistics park in Turda, in Cluj County, an investment of €200m.
The company is managed locally by president Antonio Graells Ramon, vicepresident Miquel Llonch and member of the board, Feliu Graells Ramon. Graells & Llonch Turda is located 30 km South from Cluj-Napoca, in an area which has begun seeing considerable development recently.
The park is located close to the A3 motorway between Bucharest and Oradea, has a total land area of over 545,000 sqm, and offers 235,000 sqm in buildable area.
