The area of Bucharest with the largest stock of office-villa stock is North Central, which offers 539 villas for rent with a total area of 31,929 sqm. Of the 539 villas, only 82 have free space.
The second-largest stock of villas for rent office is situated in East, with a total of 247 villas. There are just 47 villas with free spaces, with the rest being fully occupied.
Central area of the capital is the third top position with a total of 233 villas, 35 of which are able to take in new tenants immediately.
According to Esop, the real estate agency which gathered the information, Bucharest has a total stock of office-villa space of 650,000 sqm, of which about 100,000 sqm is currently available to rent.
