Austrian investment fund S IMMO AG, which owns on the local market Sun Plaza shopping center, will invest €66 m in an office project located at the intersection with Boulevards Grivitei and Uranus, between Victoria Square and Gara de Nord.
The new office project will be called The Mark and will include two buildings, one with 15 floors and another with 6 floors, with a total area of 28,000 sqm. The Mark will also include 12,500 sqm of underground space.
Construction should start in 2013, a be completed between 2014-2015. The project architect is Chapman Taylor, while Colliers International and Jones Lang LaSalle have been appointed co-exclusive agents.
