James Heyworth Dunne, current chief of investment real estate consultant CBRE Romania, took over the valuation department of Bucharest.
ames Heyworth Dunne will continue to work with investors and developers in the acquisition and management of assets in Romania and Central and Eastern Europe, and the new role will include coordinating the valuation activities of CBRE Romania.
The department was managed previously by Adrian Nicolescu, but he is no longer part of the CBRE team.
CBRE team was also recruited James Burgess, who will work in the Capital Markets and Valuation Departement. James worked for Knight Frank and Colliers Warsaw and the Bucharest branch of Cushman & Wakefield in the Valuation Department.
