Tebodin Poland company has signed an agreement with East-West Development Office to be project manager for the Amsterdam building, part of the Orange Office Park complex now getting underway at Klimeckiego Street in Krakow. The complex is to provide 11,230 sqm of new offices along with 2,460 sqm of retail space with completion set for September 2013. Additionally, 558 parking places are to be delivered with the project. East-West Development expects to launch construction this May. As the building’s project manager, Tebodin will be in charging of selecting the general contractor, as well as controlling project costs and supervising the process.
