The logistics company DHL has taken 33,800 sqm of warehouse space at Prologis Distribution Centre in DÄ browa GĆ³rcznicza, in the Silesia region, increasing the total space leased at the developerās facilities across Europe, Asia and North America to 1.1m sqm. The list of tenants at the warehouse park includes also 7R Solution, ABRA, ANL, Euro-Pegaz Logistica. “Despite the difficult economic situation, the demand for the high quality distribution centres, like the one in Silesia, remains high. This new lease with DHL is a significant transaction, which shows the activity level of the warehouse marketā, said Patrick Kurowski, head of industrial at CBRE, whoās secured the transaction.
