Poland’s gas giant Lotos is rebranding its premium patrol stations, with the first opening of the higher-standard product taking place on Monday. Though the company’s representatives have not revealed the costs of the modernization, they did said Lotos hopes to increase their retail sales within two years under the new strategy. At this point, 30 percent of its profits are generated by sales at the stores operating at the stations, Lotos expects to increase the figure to 50 percent over the next 24 months. “The entire premium network is expected to be adjusted to the new image” says Piotr Mischker, director of retail sale in Lotos Paliwa. “ We expect to rebrand about 20 of out stations focusing on larger cities, such as TriCity”.
