With its opening just weeks away, City Green Court Skanska is now 95 percent leased. Its residential arm Skanska Reality has joined PwC and GSK and signed a lease agreement for 850 sqm of space in the environmentally efficient office building, located in Pankrác, Prague 4. The new showroom will accommodate both Skanska’s own in-house Real Estate Agency and Client Center. Skanska is currently in negotiations with potential tenants for the remaining 570 sqm of space and an operator for a ground floor restaurant.
