Horizont, a Czech manufacturer of exhibition modules and the drug store chain Rossmann have rented warehouse space in Prologis Park Úžice. Horizont took 7,000 sqm to be used for production and storage, while Rossmann expanded its existing premises in the park by another 1,500 sqm. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the Horizont lease, representing the landlord in the transaction. The company chose Úžice park because of both the location and price, as Prologis currently offers space at a reported €2.5/sqm/month.
