Docler Holding buying NetLock

Docler Investments has secured majority ownership in NetLock, Hungary’s market leading on-line authentication provider company. Docler Investment, which is led by György Zoltán Gattyán, one of Hungary’s richest businessmen, took a 51.05% stake in Netlock, saying the company would retain its autonomy and would have its own management leadership. Other companies within the Docler Group include Hungary’s market leading domain registrar, Dotroll LTD and Escalion Hungary, which develops online payment systems. The price of the Netlock acquisition was not made public.
