British investment fund DynamicProprety Romanian Fund sold and booked seven apartments at Perla Residence in its first month of sales, with construction now 75 percent complete. Construction began in February 2011 and sales of the 71 units began in April 2012.
Prices in the complex run from €69,900 for studios to €268,100 for a penthouse with a lake view, says Alex Pintea, asset manager of the Romanian DynamicProperty Fund. The Perla Residence project includes four buildings with three and four floors.
The complex is located in northern Bucharest near the business center Pipera on Lake Pipera.
