Industrial developer Prologis announced three new leases signed at two of its Polish warehouses, totaling 24,000 sqm of space. Rhenus Contract Logistics took 14,000 sqm of warehouse space at Prologis Park Szczecin, increasing occupancy rate in the facility to 80 percent. Meanwhile, 6,000 sqm of warehouse space has been taken by Vector Fashion Services, another logistic company, that has decided to move into Prologis Park Gdańsk. The Eurocash subsidiary Tradis company has extended its lease in the same facility by an additional 4,000 sqm.
