Prologis signed a lease expanasion of 5,000 sqm at Prologis Park Jirny with Logistics Group International. This will bring the total space taken by LGI in Jirny to 24,000 sqm. “Prologis is one of the strategic partners in our growth development across Europe, especially within the CEE countries,” said Bernhard Jung, general manager CEE for LGI. “We are pleased that Prologis was able to support our rapidly increasing business in Central Bohemia at Prologis Park Prague-Jirny. We are also delighted with the quick responses and flexibility Prologis has demonstrated.”
“The Czech Republic continues to be a prime location for distribution logistics, given its low cost of living, excellent labor pool and proximity to key markets across Central and Eastern Europe,” said Marek Muller, director development and leasing for Prologis in the Czech Republic. Prologis Park Jirny offer 221,000 sqm of warehouse space at D11 motorway 20 km east of Prague, with names such as DHL Solutions, Globus CR, Rosa market, Thimm Obaly and Toyota Tusho Europe on the tenant list.
