From the 1,000 apartments in the Sunrise complex in Bucharest, just 80 units are left, according to the developer Conarg Real Estate.
Two-bedroom apartments are priced at €56,000 plus VAT, and studios can be purchased for €37,000 plus VAT.
Also, from a total of 242 homes in the Quadra complex in the Politehinca zone, Conarg Real Estate has 80 studios available, where prices start at €36,000 plus VAT.
Conarg Real Estate has so far delivered more than 1,000 residential units in Quadra Place and Quadra 2.
