The Endurance Fund, managed by Orco, has sold 4D Kodaňská Office Center to Daramis Group in the only transaction closed in the quiet first quarter of 2012. The investor paid €20m for the B class 70’s office project, which was given a thorough facelift in 2002 and again at 2007. It offers 26,000 sqm of leasable area and its list of tenants includes names such as Zdravotní pojišťovna Ministerstva vnitra ČR, Gopas, Elanor, Nikon etc. “We are happy to announce closing of this transaction which took six months from its beginning, and which we consider a fair deal on the current difficult class B office market, where existing bank financing is a key element,” says Aleš Vobruba, Board Member of ORCO Property Group.
