The British architecture firm Chapman Taylor, which designed Baneasa mall and Sun Plaza mall in Bucharest, was selected to design the Liberty Center technology park which will be developed on land of the former furniture factory Libertatea from Cluj.
The project of Ion Sturza’s Fribourg Development company, it’s estimated to represent an investment of €26 m.
Sturza chose Chapman Taylor of the basis of a tender which included both local bidders as well as studios from Germany, Portugal and Italy.
