The developer Matexi launched construction of its first scheme in Warsaw, having secured a construction permit for the 50 new flats to the Warsaw’s residential market. The company has already selected a contractor for the excavation works, however the name of the company being kept confidential. Located on Górczewska Street in Warsaw, the project should be available to clients in the second quarter of 2013. After this first project, Matexi is gearing up further investments across the country. The company has just acquired two new plots in Warsaw, with the first site located on Bialany district.
