Polish PKO BP bank is to open its 23rd office in Poland in the Olivia Business Centre in Tricity’s Gdańsk. The bank will occupy 200 sqm on the ground floor of the completed Olivia Gate building, located in the center of Gdańsk. The building is now 90 percent leased, with a list of companies that includes PwC, Tax Care and Energa. Meanwhile, two more units of the complex are underway that will provide 24,000 sqm of space to the local market, with a medical center already signed up for one of the two projects.
