Crestyl has completed the façade on the first phase of its DOCK project in Prague 8 – Libeň and it’s hoping to secure an occupancy permit within two months. This first phase includes three apartment buildings with 60 flats and a marina for yachts. To boost sales the developer has arranged a show flat. The project’s web page indicates that there are just five reservations for flats in the Dock. The flats range from one to four-room units, with 30 sqm to 101 sqm at prices roughly between CZK 3m and 10m. Three architectural studios are involved in designing the DOCK: A4 architects, Mediapolis and S.H.S. architekti.
