Jeffrey Franks who has been running International Monetary Fund (IMF) negotiations with Romania in the last three years has reached at the end of his mandate.
His evaluation mission by month will be his last. Jeffrey Franks will be replaced by an IMF Dutch expert.
On April 24, will be presented to Romanian authorities the future chief negotiator.
