Crestyl started construction of the latest phase of its residential project Zámecké záhrady in Vysoký Újezd to the west of Prague. The current phase will add 14 family houses, a mix of brick villas designed by the architect Michal Žáček of the Atelier 2 studio and low-energy wooden homes by Ecomodula. The 164 – 221 sqm villas are on offer at prices starting from CZK 6.8m (including VAT) and a 1100 sqm plot. The Ecomodula home is cheaper, with prices for a home and land beginning at CZK 5.4m. Both villas and wooden houses should be completed in October.
