Frohe and VMA NV have signed leases for space at the newest buildings at Panattoni Park Wrocław II, currently under the construction 13 km from the Wrocław international airport. The two-unit complex is currently offers 40,000 sqm of warehouse space in the first building with additional 10,000 sqm being on the way. Frohe, which manufactures plastic accessories, is to take take up 3,500 sqm, while V.M.A. NV, a manufacturer of electro-technical equipment, took 2,830 sqm in the ongoing unit. Cushman & Wakefield secured both transactions.
