Businessman Dumitru Bucsaru, developer of the Green City village project on 1 Decembrie locality, south of Bucharest, hopes to double sales of homes after appointed the consultancy company Coldwell Banker the exclusive agent of the complex.
Bucşaru built 650 houses of which about 250 units are available now. The start prices is €69,900, VAT included, for unfinished houses with a floor area of 108 sqm and 80 sqm yard.
The most expensive villa is finished, has a surface area of 120 sqm and an attic dormer, and a price of €132,000.
