Point Park Properties (P3) announced a new lease agreement signed with ID Logistics Polska S.A. company who agreed to take 14.360 sqm of warehouse space and 457 sqm of offices at P3’s logistic centre in the Polish city of Mszczonów. Marc Le Bozec, General Director of ID Logistics Polska company, revealed that space taken in the facility is to be accommodate goods from one of the company’s key clients. “Our company’s strength is a flexible approach to the requirements of customers whose needs can be met accurately by adapting the warehouse space and through additional services, such as dedicated transport.” said Marc Le Bozec in the statement. ID Logistics Polska S.A has been providing its services to Polish market since 2008. The transaction was secured by the local real estate agency AXI Immo.
