The first phase of Panattoni Park Święcice II has been delivered in Ożarów Mazowiecki, a municipality 20 km from central Warsaw. It will provide 12,000 sqm of warehouse space to the local market. The global logistics company Nagel Group will occupy the entire building with its new distribution center. It’s the third agreement signed by the operator with Panattoni, following a 11,300 sqm lease at Panattoni Park Gliwice I and Panattoni Park Gdańsk, where Nagel is taking up 3,500 sqm of space. “The dynamic growth of our company created a need for new distribution centers,” says Robert Katafiasz, President of the Management Board of Nagel Polska.
