Nearly 18 months before opening, the developer AFI Europe has signed contracts to lease about 70% of the total area of the shopping center AFI Palace Ploiesti. The tenant list currently includes Cora, Flanco, H & M, Reserved and New Look. H&M will open a store with an area of 1,600 sqm distributed on two levels.
Other tenants will be Arsis Vodafone, Sensiblu, Samsonite, Maxbet, Musette, Splendor, McDonalds and Pizza Dominium.
A 1,200 sqm Flanco store will be located on the ground floor of the mall New Look and Reserved will open 500 sqm stores on the first floor.
McDonald’s will open its third restaurant in AFI Palace Ploiesti. AFI Palace Ploiesti will have a GLA of 28,000 sqm on two floors and about 1,000 parking spaces.
The delivery project date is estimated for the second half of 2013, with the start of construction expected soon.
