Caterer Food Service Ltd is going to be dissolved, as a result of the resolution of the Court of Budapest. In business since 2009, the company made a HUF 1.4bn loss in 2011. Fleckstone International, which registered the company, is registered on the Seychelle-islands, but the case involves other companies too, like Experiment Food and Gastroyal Food, which was originally a property of Larabay Continental Corporation (also registered under the same address on the Seychelle islands).
