The boards at Lotos and KGHM Polska Miedź are to decide on new appointments to their top posts in the near future. Poland’s Treasury has recommended turning to professionals advisors to fill the spots. The contest for KGHM’s top position is expected to begin on April 17, when the present head of the board is to step down. After PGNiG settled the matter by using headhunters, the present Supervisory Board Chief, Jacek Kuciński, isn’t ruling out a similar. “The board is to take the decision collectively, after considering all scenarios.”
