Dorottya Kft and its investors (Richardsons Capital and Fingen Group) announced the leasing of over 1,600 m2 of office space in Palazzo Dorottya to Kajtár Takács Hegymegi-Barakonyi Baker & McKenzie Ügyvédi Iroda.
The leasing was joint effort between several agencies led by Midas European Property, the managing agents of Palazzo Dorottya.
Baker & McKenzie took over the space with effect from 5th March 2012 on a long term lease.
The new offices have been bespoke fitted out according to Baker & McKenzieʼsspecifications by DVM Group.
