During the last two years, Skanska AB has invested €155m into the Polish property market, and currently has five projects under the construction across the country thought its subsidary Skanska Property Poland. Those schemes represent a pipeline of 116,000 sqm of new space, including Atrum 1, a project launched in 2011 at the ONZ roundabout that is expected to deliver 18,000 sqm of office space.
