Apartment prices fall in March

Average apartment price increased by 1.7 percent in March in Romania compared to February, but their value is 3.8 lower than it was a year ago.
The average price of apartments reached in March to €1,003/sqm in what appears to be growing demand.
But the average price calculated in key Romanian cities, like Bucharest, Ploiesti and Timisoara, fell. A year ago, the average price nationwide was €1,043/sqm.
