Echo Investment has revealed its plan to expand the Pasaż Grunwaldzki shopping mall, which is to provide additional 10,000 sqm of retail space to the Wacław’s property market. The facility is currently one of the biggest shopping centres in the city of Wrocław and is expected to grow to 136,000 sqm of total area after the completion. Extended mall will provide 250 retail units, along with the 1,700 parking spaces. The commercialization process is expected to begin shortly, as the investor is currently in talks with some of the premium fashion brands.
