Czech group CPI to issue bonds

22 March 2012

The Czech group CPI will issue bonds at a value of between €70m and €105m. The first tranche should be launched in May, once the company makes public its results for 2011. CPI plans to use the proceeds as an alternative to bank financing for its projects and investments, writes the economic server E15. The company’s focus for the past three years was on investment, but it now plans to make development a bigger priority and will work on major projects such as its residential scheme in Březiněves and COPA Center at Národní in Prague.
