The Spanish developer Volumetric, which completed the construction of a €25m residential scheme in Brasov last year, hopes to begin construction on a residential scheme in Bucharest later this year, on a plot of land in the Carol Park area.
The 5,300 sqm plot will most likely accommodate a scheme with approximately 156 flats.
Construction could begin this year, and would be expected to last for 18 months.
The Spanish investor is also active in alternative energy, and in the medical and food industries, and has real estate activities in Poland and Hungary.
