Penta has secured a construction permit for its Florentinum office project located in downtown Prague. Local managing director Petr PaliÄka foresees construction starting in the second half of March. Completion of the largest office complex in Prague, to be built in one phase, is scheduled in the second half of 2013. Penta plans to invest ā¬200m into a 49,000 sqm Gold LEED certified complex. Demolition work on the existing building began in February.
