The Adama real estate development company, owned by the Austrian property company Immofinanz, will move out of the two floors it occupies at the Evo Center business park in Pipera and into Victoria Park, an office building in northern Bucharest along the highway to Ploiesti.
Victoria Park tenants include companies like Siveco, KPMG, Sandoz, Zentiva, Franke or Corporate Office Solutions.
After March 26, when the move is scheduled to take place, the 2,000 sqm Evo Center will be left with just a single tenant, the International Pediatric Clinic, after Adama moves out and no tenant has been secured yet to take Adama’s space.
