Just one new office project was added to the Brno property market in 2011: Administrativní budova Brno Nové Sady, featuring 2,700 sqm of newly built space. It brought Brno’s total supply of modern office stock to 354,600 sqm at the end of 2011, of which 79 percent is listed as class A space. An aditional 46,800 sqm of office space were under construction, according to the Regional Research Forum 2011 Market Data report, with 36,400 sqm to come on line in 2012. Among the projects currently being developed are Campus Science Park B, Spielberk Tower B, Vienna Point II and the Forum Business Centre II.
