Atenor announces that the first building of BakerStreet was handed over to E.ON

ATENOR is delighted to announce that the 16,643 m2, fully 100% occupied, “A+” category, ESG
compliant, South Buda located BakerStreet Phase I was successfully handed over in early June and E.ON Hungaria Group having its new headquarters in this office building is already moved in with 1,200 employees.

In selecting the new headquarters, E.ON also looked for a sustainable solution, in harmony with their activities, equipped the highest technology available, with a human focus.

A new and exciting element of the South Buda submarket is BakerStreet offering eight floors, generous terraces, a huge inner garden and an underground garage with four levels. Progressive and modern facade elements, public green surfaces, and atriums characterize the building de-signed by Artonic Design Architect Studio.

The development is also outstanding in its technical features – the mechanical solutions and the use of materials meet the highest energy and environmental standards. Thanks to the heat pump system, the building is able to produce more than 30% renewable heating energy but features such as ground and rainwater recycling are also part of the technical specifications. The Access4You Gold certification – which classifies the extent to which the given building is accessi-ble to users with special needs and impaired working ability – is also a good example of the crea-tion of a truly people-centered workplace.

E.ON HungĂĄria Group is committed to the solutions supporting the health, safety and general wellbeing of its employees.
