A demonstration organized by opposition leader Jarosław Kaczyński took place Wednesday evening in central Warsaw. The leader of conservative party Law and Justice said the proposed new retirement reforms are targeting the weakest people in soceity. “There’s a certain rule at play here. And it must be said that it’s a very despicable rule, which quite simply states that the weaker you are the more you have to pay. This is a total reversal of justice,” Kaczyński said. Prime Minister Donald Tusk plans to raise the retirement age to 67 for men and women.
