Panattoni has obtained EUR 10.5 million in financing from Alior Bank to support the construction of Panattoni Park Bieruń I. The new industrial center, covering nearly 20,000 square meters, is slated for completion in February 2025.
Strategically positioned near Silesia’s main arterial roads, Panattoni Park Bieruń I is located 2.5 kilometers from the center of Bieruń, 1.5 kilometers from National Road 44, and 17 kilometers from the intersection of the A4 motorway and the S1 expressway. The ongoing construction of a junction on the S1, which connects to Bielsko-Biała, will further enhance the park’s connectivity to local, national, and international markets.
“Panattoni Park Bieruń I highlights the enormous potential of the Silesia region. With the support of Alior Bank, we are able to advance our plans to provide top-quality industrial space in Silesia, meeting the growing demands of businesses. We have already delivered 2,750,000 square meters in Silesia, the largest amount of space for any region in the country,” stated Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni.
The first tenant for the development has already been secured. Nodium Group, the owner of Sport-Shop.pl—one of Poland’s largest online sports stores—will occupy part of the space. Approximately 7,000 square meters remain available for lease, suitable for companies in the automotive, e-commerce, or logistics industries, and even light production.
Panattoni Park Bieruń I aims for a BREEAM Excellent certification, featuring various water and energy-saving solutions to reduce operational costs for tenants. The roof will be reinforced for solar panel installation, and the grounds will include bicycle stands and electric vehicle charging stations.
